On May 1, 2025, Forged Operations was accepted into the Vector Institute Fastlane program, joining a select group of Canadian AI companies connected to Canada's pre-eminent institute for artificial intelligence research and talent.

The Vector Institute is home to world-class AI researchers and a network of industry partners building real applications of machine learning. The Fastlane program gives early-stage AI companies access to Vector's research community, technical resources, and talent pipeline, directly supporting the development of the AI that powers the Forged Operations platform.

"The hardest part of building AI for a regulated industry isn't the model; it's making the output trustworthy and traceable," said Greg Barnes, CTO of Forged Operations. "Vector gives us access to the research community working on exactly those problems: robustness, auditability, and reliability in high-stakes environments."

Forged AI reads across interconnected quality records (suppliers, NCRs, documents, training, audit evidence) and surfaces compliance issues before they become findings. Every output is traceable to source records, designed from the ground up for an industry where auditability is non-negotiable.
