How it works
Four stages, each one a gate. Forged writes and reviews; your team decides. The difference from a consulting engagement is that the writing lands in the system you will operate, not in a deliverable.
We settle the framework, the category and the scope of supply together, then run the structured interview that filters the requirement set down to what your shop actually does. This is the stage that decides how large the program is.
Forged runs the analysis against your existing procedures and walks you through every partial and missing clause. You get the coverage matrix and the reasoning behind each call, so your team can defend it later without us in the room.
Our templates, tailored to your business with your team in the room. lewis drafts, your people decide, Forged edits. Every procedure is written against the clause it answers, so the map is built as the program is, not reconstructed afterwards.
Expert review by a qualified person who did not write it, then a first internal audit run on the platform against the issued program. Forged steps back to a support role and your team runs it day to day.
One requirements graph
Everything Forged writes for you lands in the same requirements graph you will operate from afterwards. There is no handover document to reconcile: the program and the system that runs it are the same thing.

The person who writes a procedure is never the person who reviews it. Guided engagements are reviewed by a qualified nuclear QA professional who was not the author, the attestation is stored as a record in your ledger, and the internal audit runs against the issued program before we call it done.
Every review carries the reviewer’s name and their own qualification record, and the reviewer is never the author.
The sign-off is stored in the same ledger an auditor will ask to see, alongside the procedure it covers.
lewis finds gaps and proposes drafts. A person accepts or overrides, and the acceptance is what gets recorded.

Questions
It depends on the category and on how much of your existing program carries over, both of which the scoping call settles. We will give you a dated plan with the stages on it before you commit, rather than a range now that we would have to revise.
The requirement set, the list of procedures and forms to be written, the number of expert reviews and the internal audit. It is stage-gated: stop at any gate and you pay for the completed stages only. What it does not fix is a change in your scope of supply, which changes the requirement set.
The stand-up is quoted as a one-time fixed price after a thirty-minute scoping call, with the platform priced separately per program workspace. We quote after the call rather than before it because the category and the scope of supply move the number more than anything else does.
You do, and that is the point of this tier rather than a consulting engagement. Your team is in the room for every decision and learns the platform by operating it, so there is no handover document to reconcile against a system somebody else built.
You need someone accountable for quality, even if they are also running production. If there is nobody in that seat at all, managed is the tier that puts a named QA Manager on the org chart.
A thirty-minute call is enough to tell you which framework and category apply, what the stand-up would cover, and what it would cost.
