How it works
Four steps. Your QA Manager drives each one. lewis does the reading, the mapping and the first drafts, which is the part that otherwise eats a quarter.
Pick the framework and the category. A short interview narrows the requirement set to what your shop actually does: welding, NDE, procurement, design authority. A CSA N299.3 scope is not a CSA N299.1 scope, and building to the wrong one is expensive in both directions.
lewis reads your existing procedures and maps them to the clauses you need, marking each one covered, partial or missing. The output is a coverage matrix you can hand to your customer’s supplier quality team, not a consultant’s report you have to summarise.
Forged’s procedures and forms instantiate against your scope. lewis drafts the deltas for the partial clauses and drafts from template for the missing ones. Your QA Manager accepts, edits or rejects each one.
A qualified reviewer signs off. On issue the procedures become workflows and the forms become record types, so the program and the system that runs it are the same thing. Evidence starts attaching to clauses from the first record.

Forged holds the standard as a graph of requirements. Templates map to the clauses they satisfy, records map to the evidence each clause needs. Coverage is a live number, not a spreadsheet you rebuild before every audit.

Self-serve does not mean unsupervised. Every issued program goes through a named, qualified reviewer who did not write it, and the attestation is stored where an auditor will look for it. That is what makes a program you built yourself hold up in a nuclear audit.
Every review carries the reviewer’s name and their own qualification record, and the reviewer is never the author.
The sign-off is stored in the same ledger an auditor will ask to see, alongside the procedure it covers.
lewis finds gaps and proposes drafts. A person accepts or overrides, and the acceptance is what gets recorded.
